A few blog notes
1. I generally make all the links in my blogs open in a new window… I figure you use the blog as a launch pad for links. However… I generally find pop-ups annoying. What do you guys think? New window or not?
2. I’m also thinking that it might be about time to redesign this template. I’m open to suggestions, if I don’t hear from any one I’m just going to go ahead and start experimenting on my own.
3. I’m thinking of moving the blog over from Blogger to Wordpress. Check it out and let me know what you think.
4. I think it might be a good idea to open up the blog to more people. Generally I’d like to keep it to artists of on sort or another, but really anyone interesting with something to contribute should be welcome. Agreed?

My input:
1) I dislike when a website does anything against my will. I’ll open a new window myself. Well, I use Firefox, so I ‘right-click’ and ‘open in new tab’, actually.
2) Go for it!
3) I use Wordpress for my own private blog and I like it much better than blogger. Only issue is Blogger does the hosting for the back-end (right?), so you’ll have more of a setup/hosting issue with Wordpress.
4) That’s your call. But there would have to be rules, else shite gets crazy.

1. I’m really torn on this one… on one hand I agree with you but then on the other hand I forget to pop open a new window and then I close the window only to be left with nothing!
2 & 3. I’m pretty sure I’m going to switch over. and I’ll save the redesign for that point. I have to find an easy way to miport all this blogger content over there.
4. Agreed. I don’t plan on just opening it up to the public… but I figure if anyone has a firend that would be a good addition then feel free to invite them.

I prefer blogger, only because I have like 8 other blogs hosted here, and I can get to them all through the same controls.

we’ll leave it on blogger then, but we do have to re-skin this bitch. http://www.paperrad.org/ is an interseting style… but I don’t know if it’ll work for this.
