PSST! Pass It On…
A collaborative motion graphics experiment.
“The mission of PSST is to produce original short films through the collaboration of different teams of designers, directors, and animators. Each film is comprised of three sections produced by three different teams. This process is the whole idea behind PSST! – a technique derived from the Dadaist game of Exquisite Corpse and the children’s game Telephone and applied to the arts of motion graphics, animation and film-making.”

The Zombie one is incredible! I love the concept… a design telephone game! Now, what is Exquisite Corpse?

Yeah, the Zombie one is great. However… even though I really like the idea of collaborative projects like this I’m not sure how I feel about each section feeling so different.
I can appreciate most of them on an individual level and sometimes, like in the Zombie movie, two sections work well together, but I don’t think I saw any movies where the whole thing felt natural.
I guess that’s just the nature of the beast.
