jump!
although Beth saw the lion’s share of movies at the IFF this year (and can post her highlights! including the new Werner Herzog antarctica movie!), I would like to call attention to this incredible feat of dexterity (and a great story to boot). Beth took me to see JUMP! a film about the world of competitve jump rope. What you are seeing above is a live demonstration post-movie, in the entrance to the David Square red line. Specifically, this is a double dutch trick involving a push up type of jump (handstands and back flips are also options).
