I have, only just now, discovered the mad men photo galleries on AMC. There’s a costume design overview, episode specific stills, and season II women’s fashion. I do wish costume designer Janie Bryant would dress me. Or offer a self-help book.

Finnish textile design makes me oh so happy! these simple and lovely patterns are from Ivana Helsinki, who also designs clothes, works out of a matchstick factory, and also seems to have an affection for brutal yet passionate folktales.

Ads like this make me quite happy. Probably for a premium denim line, it encourages the user into a sassy position to read copy. The user gets a giggle, a passerby gets an interesting view!
